Job Summary

We are looking for a knowledgeable and passionate Accountancy Faculty to deliver high-quality classroom and practical training to students. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in accounting concepts and the ability to simplify complex topics through engaging teaching methods.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver classroom sessions on Financial Accounting, Corporate Accounting, Cost Accounting, and Taxation.
Prepare lesson plans, study materials, assignments, and assessments.
Guide students in understanding accounting principles and solving practical problems.
Conduct regular tests, evaluate student performance, and provide constructive feedback.
Support students with academic mentoring and doubt-clearing sessions.
Stay updated with the latest accounting standards, taxation laws, and industry practices.
Maintain student attendance, academic records, and progress reports.
Coordinate with the academic team to ensure smooth course delivery.

Requirements




Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce (B.Com/M.Com).
CA Inter/CMA/ACCA (completed or pursuing) is an added advantage.
1–3 years of teaching or industry experience in accounting.
Freshers with robust subject knowledge and good communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
Excellent presentation, communication, and classroom management skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally Prime, and accounting software is preferred.

Salary

₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Based on qualifications and experience).
