Amicis Global is a growing US IT staffing and recruitment company focused on delivering top talent solutions across the United States. We are looking for an energetic and result-driven Business Development Executive to expand our client base and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities
Identify, develop, and acquire new clients in the US IT staffing market
Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and networking
Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers, procurement teams, and decision-makers
Understand client requirements and coordinate with recruitment teams to deliver suitable candidates
Negotiate contracts, rates, and terms with clients
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to account management
Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems
Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue and client acquisition targets

Required Skills & Qualifications




1–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management in US IT staffing
Strong understanding of US staffing processes and recruitment lifecycle
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Experience with lead generation tools and CRM platforms
Ability to build long-term client relationships
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive

Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with direct clients, MSPs, or implementation partners
Knowledge of US work authorization types
Familiarity with staffing industry trends and market dynamics
