Process to be followed
Coordinate with academics department for conducting of soft skill sessions and mock interviews
Get the list of passed out students from academics.
Contact all students through calls, emails, SMS, whatsapp and obtain their specific requirements for placements
Obtain upcoming vacancies
Shortlist students as per eligibility criteria
Organize interviews / job drives / walk ins
Send formal communication to Inform concerned students about their number of chances if they are rejected or refuse offer letters or do not attend interviews
Send formal communication to not responding students
Obtain copy of offer letters for placed students
Obtain NOC from students who do not need placements
Coordinate with academics department in order to bring up the quality of rejected students
Counsel the continuously rejected students to make them aware that Placements has done their best and cannot be held responsible for their rejections
Terminated students - understand root cause of termination and counsel the student and try to place them again
Job Type: Full time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
