Site Supervision: Monitoring daily construction activities, including excavation, steel work, and concrete pouring.
Technical Implementation: Interpreting structural/architectural drawings and verifying layouts (line and level).
Quality Control (QA/QC): Inspecting material quality and workmanship to ensure compliance with standards.
Coordination: Organizing material deliveries, equipment, and managing subcontractor workflows.
Safety Compliance: Enforcing health and safety regulations, ensuring all safety equipment is used.
Documentation: Maintaining site records, material logs, and daily progress reports.
Problem Solving: Addressing unforeseen technical issues promptly to avoid delays
