Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end invoicing and billing through StavPay.
Generate and process invoices accurately.
Monitor payment status and reconcile transactions.
Handle payment gateway-related issues and customer queries.
Coordinate with finance and operations teams for payment follow-ups.
Track overdue invoices and initiate reminders.
Prepare billing and payment reports.
Ensure compliance with billing and financial processes.
Support onboarding of clients onto the StavPay platform.

Required Skills
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
2–5 years of experience in billing, finance operations, accounts receivable, or customer success with exposure to StavPay or similar payment and invoicing platforms.
Hands-on experience with StavPay.
Knowledge of invoicing, billing, and payment reconciliation.
Familiarity with payment gateways and online payment processes.
Solid MS Excel and reporting skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
Positive analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work in a quick-paced environment.
