Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Area Sales Manager (ASM) to drive sales growth, distributor management, and market expansion across Delhi & NCR. The candidate should have solid experience in the FMCG sector, with exposure to spices products being an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
Manage and strengthen distributor and retailer relationships.
Expand market presence and identify new business opportunities within assigned territories.
Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
Ensure effective implementation of promotional activities and schemes.
Lead, guide, and monitor the field sales team to improve productivity and target achievement.
Conduct regular market visits and provide reports on business performance.
Ensure availability, visibility, and distribution of products across channels.





Requirements:
Minimum 4–8 years of experience in FMCG sales.
Prior experience in spices category will be an added advantage.
Robust knowledge of distributor handling, general trade, and market expansion.
Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Must have experience handling the Delhi & NCR market.

Qualification:
Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).

Compensation & Benefits:
Salary and incentives as per experience and industry standards.
Travel Allowance (TA) and Daily Allowance (DA) will be provided as per company policy.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
