Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices within the team to improve software quality and delivery timelines.
Mentor junior team members to support their skilled growth and enhance team capabilities.
Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BTP Datasphere.
Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
Experience in designing scalable and maintainable software architectures.
Ability to troubleshoot complex system issues and provide effective solutions.
Familiarity with integration techniques and data management within cloud platforms.
Excellent coding skills with attention to performance optimization and security considerations.
Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP BTP Datasphere.
This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
