Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Engineer with 2–5 years of experience to plan, coordinate, and execute engineering projects. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, contractors, vendors, and clients to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and monitor project activities from initiation to completion.
Prepare project schedules, work plans, and progress reports.
Coordinate with design, procurement, production, QA/QC, and site teams.
Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource utilization.
Review engineering drawings, technical specifications, and BOQs.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards.
Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and clients for project execution.
Identify project risks and recommend mitigation plans.
Track project milestones and prepare weekly/monthly status reports.
Support project commissioning, testing, and handover activities.
Resolve technical issues and provide engineering support during execution.




Maintain project documentation and records.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Production Engineering discipline.
2–6 years of relevant experience in project execution or project engineering.
Good understanding of project management principles and engineering practices.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documents.
Robust communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Knowledge of MS Project, Primavera, or similar project management software is preferred.
Familiarity with AutoCAD is an added advantage.
