Help QC team in checking material.
Keep material ready for dispatch.
Correct Material
Load correct material in correct quantity.
Make sure no wrong or less material goes.
Workers Handling
Give work to loaders and helpers.
Make sure work is done properly.
Manage shift change smoothly.
Protected Loading
Load material properly and in balance.
Make sure material does not get damaged.
Ensure workers follow safety and wear PPE.
Coordination
Work with Store and Loading Incharge.
Make sure vehicle is ready and loaded on time.
Inform senior if there is any issue.
Basic Records
Note vehicle number and loading details.
Help in dispatch papers.
Yard Management
Keep loading area clean.
Manage vehicle movement properly.
Avoid crowd and confusion.
