Job Description: F&A; / Reinsurance-Assistant Manager

Responsibilities: Key Responsibility Areas including preferred Skills and Experience
Handling Life reinsurance contracts- Treaty and FAC, review of the contracts and policy cession correction
Preparing bordereaux, XOL and FAC billings to be sent to brokers/Reinsurers
Invoice review, Receivable/Payables reconciliation & settlement
Claims handling from initial notice, billing and collections from brokers/Reinsurers.
Cash booking, allocation and reconciliations
Handle market and auditor queries
Manual JE prep and topside allocation for ceded premium and claims
Calculation of Ceded Net Amount of Risk and delayed claim interest, booking of claims accrual
Collateral review and management
Management reporting
Schedule S reporting

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or Post Graduate in Commerce with overall 5+ years of experience for AM.
2+ years of experience in the field of Reinsurance operations or accounting for AM
Client management experience
Proficiency in MS Excel (IF functions, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, PIVOT, INDEXMATCH) and PowerPoint
Desirable-Experience in Life Reinsurance preferred

Knowledge of TAI preferred.
