Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 (Based on Experience)
Job Responsibilities:
Handle outbound collection calls to customers.
Follow up on pending payments and overdue accounts.
Maintain accurate call records and update CRM/system.
Achieve assigned collection and recovery targets.
Ensure qualified, ethical, and compliant communication with customers.
Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in Collections/Recovery.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
Target-oriented with a positive attitude.
Immediate joiners will be preferred.
