Ayyappar Solutions Private Limited is looking for energetic and result-oriented Telesales Executives to promote and sell ASPL Protection Plans and other company services over phone calls. The candidate should have valuable communication skills, confidence in handling customers, and a passion for achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Contact potential customers through outbound calls.
Explain ASPL Protection Plans and membership services.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable plans.
Follow up with interested customers and close sales.
Maintain daily call records and customer data.
Achieve monthly sales targets assigned by the company.
Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
Coordinate with Team Leaders and Sales Managers for business growth.
Update CRM and sales reports regularly.

Eligibility
Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Diploma / Any Degree.




Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Basic computer knowledge is preferred.
Good communication skills in Tamil. Additional languages are an advantage.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
