Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement: Welcome customers at stalls, explain product features, and answer queries.
Sales Execution: Actively sell farm products to achieve daily/weekly sales targets.
Product Knowledge: Maintain thorough knowledge of farm products, including origin, benefits, and pricing.
Transaction Handling: Manage cash and digital payments accurately.
Inventory Management: Track stock levels at stalls and report shortages promptly.
Brand Representation: Uphold company values and ensure qualified stall presentation.
Feedback Collection: Gather customer insights to improve product offerings and sales strategies.
