About the Role

We are hiring Customer Support Executives for the Saudi Airlines International English Voice Process. This is an excellent chance for candidates with prior international voice support experience who are looking to build a rewarding career in the aviation industry.

As a Customer Support Executive, you will assist customers over voice calls, resolve queries, provide accurate information, and ensure a high-quality customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer calls for Saudi Airlines.
Assist customers with travel-related queries, bookings, cancellations, and general information.
Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining quality standards.
Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
Accurately document customer interactions in the system.
Meet individual and team performance metrics.

Eligibility Criteria
Graduate or Undergraduate.




Minimum 9 months of Customer Support Voice Process experience (Domestic or International).
Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
Comfortable working in rotational shifts.

Salary & Perks
