About Us:

Alshifa Cupping Clinic is a growing wellness and alternative therapy center specializing in skilled cupping therapy and holistic health solutions. We are seeking a energetic and experienced General Manager – Sales & Operations to lead our Chennai operations and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day clinic operations to ensure smooth functioning.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Lead, train, and manage sales and operational teams.
Monitor performance metrics and improve operational efficiency.
Develop marketing and promotional strategies to increase patient inflow.
Maintain high standards of patient service and satisfaction.
Handle budgeting, reporting, and financial oversight.




Coordinate with management for business expansion plans.
Travel as required for business development and operational support.

Requirements:
Minimum 10+ years of experience in Sales & Operations management.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Experience in healthcare, wellness, clinics, or service industry preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to travel as required.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
