Role: Sales MANAGER (FMCG / Food-Tech) PEOPLE FROM FROZEN/ MILK /ICE CREAM CHANNEL PREFERRED

Target: Drive aggressive field sales in the local retail market , MEETING MILK PARLOURS, MILK AGENTS , ICE CREAM PARLOURS and motivate to sell our products.

The Mission (Daily Deliverables)
20 Shop Visits: Grid the market and pitch to 20 retail/commercial outlets daily.
4 Order Bookings: Secure a minimum of 4 confirmed order bookings every single day.
1 Pamphlet Activity: Execute 1 targeted hyper-local marketing/flyer distribution drive daily.
SHOULD WRITE DAILY REPORTS EVERY DAY.

Who We Want
Experience: 1–5 years in FMCG Sales, Milk/Meat/Frozen Food Distribution, Ice Cream Sales, Parlour Management, or managing Milk Agents.
Assets: Must own a two-wheeler and a smartphone for real-time tracking.
Profile: Open to all qualifications and age groups. Male or Female.
