We are currently looking for an experienced professional for a managerial role in our machine shop.
The ideal candidate should have 8 to 10 years of experience with CNC and VMC machines, including strong expertise in 2D manual programming and machine setting.
Key responsibilities include
Managing and supervising CNC/VMC machine operations and ensuring productive production
Leading shop floor activities at a managerial level
Handling foreign customers with transparent and skilled communication
Coordinating with vendors and suppliers
Planning and monitoring overall production schedules
Ensuring quality standards and timely delivery
