Meet prospective clients to understand their interior design requirements for residential and commercial spaces.
Conduct site visits and gather project requirements.
Present design concepts, product catalogs, and material options to clients.
Coordinate with interior designers and project execution teams to develop customized proposals.
Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, architects, builders, and channel partners.
Follow up with leads and ensure timely conversion.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and project progress in the CRM system.
Provide excellent post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field (preferred).
1–5 years of experience in interior sales, modular furniture, home décor, construction materials, or a related industry.
Freshers with excellent communication and sales aptitude may also apply.

Required Skills
Solid communication and negotiation skills.




Customer-centric approach with excellent interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of interior design concepts, materials, and finishes is an advantage.
Ability to understand client needs and provide suitable solutions.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
