Key Responsibilities
Diagnose and resolve desktop, laptop, hardware, software, and network issues.
Install, configure, and maintain Windows and macOS systems.
Set up user accounts, devices, and access permissions.
Provide on-site and remote technical support to end users.
Support Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams, and Active Directory.
Troubleshoot printers, scanners, and other IT peripherals.
Maintain IT assets, inventory, and documentation.
Perform system updates, patch management, antivirus, and endpoint protection.
Ensure data backup and recovery processes are functioning properly.
Coordinate with third-party vendors for hardware repairs and replacements.
Support the installation and configuration of current hardware and IT systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications
2–4 years of experience in IT Support, Desktop Support, Hardware Support, or IT Infrastructure.
Hands-on experience with Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, Teams, and Active Directory.
Strong knowledge of desktop, laptop, printer, and network troubleshooting.
Experience with remote support tools and IT ticketing systems.




Positive understanding of endpoint security, antivirus, backups, and patch management.
Solid communication, customer service, and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Networking or cloud certifications will be an added advantage.
