Perform inspection painting, PFP, Galvanizing, Insulation, Thermal Spray clients as per ITP requirement for verify quality with compliance of project specification and standard/code.
Monitor and record workplace data fitness for coating work, i.e. Wet & Dry Temperature, Humidity and Surface Temperature.
Ensure all site coating/inspection equipment meets calibration requirements.
Maintain records of all work done. Including Painting Reports, RFI, Painting Release reports, Insulation Reports, Materials Inspection certificates, Material Inspection reports etc.
Monitor and verify the effectiveness of repair work and re-inspect the coated areas.
Prepare daily accomplishment reports and detailed QC inspection reports.

REQUIREMENT:
Degree in Engineering equivalent technical field.




Minimum 5 years of QC Quality Controls experience in Oil & Gas industries or related.
NACE Level 2 Coating Inspector NACE, CSWIP/BGAS, SSPC or equivalent.
Having extensive knowledge of ISO, NACE, SSPC, ASTM and BS standards relevant to coating inspection.
Knowledge of specifications.
Solid written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
Must be proficient in written and spoken English.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹82,000.00 per month
