About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities. The ideal candidate should be passionate about hiring, possess excellent communication skills, and be capable of identifying and attracting quality talent across various roles.

Key Responsibilities
Handle the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Understand hiring requirements and create effective job postings.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen applications and shortlist suitable candidates.
Conduct telephonic and virtual interviews for initial evaluation.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.
Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Prepare offer letters and assist with joining formalities.
Maintain accurate recruitment reports and candidate records.





Required Skills

Good knowledge of recruitment strategies and hiring practices.
Ability to assess candidates effectively.

Hands-on experience with job portals and qualified networking platforms.
