JOB TITLE: Accountant
HOURS: 8 Hrs. / FULL TIME

ENSURE PROPER FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT AND ACCOUNTING
To maintain accurate records of all financial transactions, including income and expenses.
To prepare and reconcile daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.
To oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
To assist in the preparation of financial statements and budget reports.
To ensure compliance with accounting policies, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards.

ENSURE PROPER CASH HANDLING AND COLLECTION
To verify all cash transactions and ensure they match with manual and online records.
To monitor daily cash deposits and ensure they are accurately recorded and deposited in the bank.
To ensure all financial transactions are properly documented and reconciled at the end of the day.
To manage petty cash disbursements, ensuring proper approval and documentation.

ENSURE PROPER DOCUMENTATION AND RECORD KEEPING
To maintain systematic filing of all financial documents for audit and compliance purposes.
To verify and update financial records in the hospital management system.




To coordinate with the billing department to ensure accurate financial data entry and reporting.
To liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and other financial institutions as required.

ENSURE COORDINATION WITH OTHER DEPARTMENTS
To work closely with the administration and finance team for smooth financial operations.
To assist in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
To support HR in payroll processing, ensuring accurate salary disbursements.
To handle financial queries from management, vendors, and regulatory authorities.

Required Skills
Proficiency in Tally ERP 9
Knowledge of Tally Prime with Edit Log
Bank Reconciliation
Accounts Payable & Receivable Management
GST, TDS, and Tax Compliance
MS Excel and Financial Reporting
Solid analytical and organizational skills
Attention to detail and accuracy

Educational Qualification
B.Com (Bachelor of Commerce)
M.Com (Master of Commerce)
Or any other relevant degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce

Experience
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setup.
Freshers with robust accounting knowledge may also apply.

Pay: ₹10,900.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
