Job Title: Service coordinator
Location: Ahmedabad
Experience: 0–3 Years
Qualification: Graduate (BBA / B.Com / BA / B.Sc) or Diploma
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and schedule service activities, installations, maintenance, and repair visits.
Act as the primary point of contact between customers, service engineers, and internal departments.
Prepare and manage service schedules, work orders, and service reports.
Track service requests and ensure timely resolution of customer complaints.
Follow up with customers regarding service status and feedback.
Maintain records of service activities, AMC contracts, warranties, and spare parts.
Coordinate with the inventory team for spare parts availability.
Prepare MIS reports and service performance reports.
Ensure adherence to company service standards and customer satisfaction goals.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
