About Us

Sprouting Seed ART Bank is a registered ART Bank dedicated to supporting fertility treatments through ethical donor programs. We are looking for enthusiastic and confident candidates to create public awareness about our organization through field outreach activities.

Job Responsibilities
Visit malls, shopping complexes, public places, exhibitions, events, colleges, and other high-footfall locations across Mumbai.
Interact confidently with people and introduce them to Sprouting Seed ART Bank and its services.
Distribute brochures, visiting cards, and promotional materials.
Explain the organization's services in a straightforward and professional manner.
Engage with the public, answer basic queries, and generate awareness.
Collect leads and share them with the team.
Submit daily reports of visits and outreach activities.
Represent the organization professionally and maintain a positive brand image.

Requirements




Graduate in any discipline.
Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
Friendly, confident, and outgoing personality.
Comfortable speaking with current people and working in the field.
Willing to travel across Mumbai.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Experience in field marketing, brand promotion, customer engagement, event promotion, or public relations is an added advantage.

Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Good presentation and persuasion skills.
Basic smartphone and WhatsApp knowledge.
