Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled Tool Room Manager to oversee tool room operations for our die casting manufacturing facility in Ambattur, Chennai. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in die maintenance, tooling management, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and coordinating with production teams to ensure maximum equipment uptime and product quality.

Required Skills
Positive knowledge of Pressure Die Casting tooling and maintenance.
Experience in die assembly, repair, polishing, and troubleshooting.
Understanding of machining processes such as CNC, VMC, EDM, Milling, Grinding, and Lathe operations.
Knowledge of engineering drawings, GD&T;, and precision measuring instruments.
Familiarity with preventive maintenance, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement techniques.
Robust leadership, planning, and team management skills.
Good communication and problem-solving abilities.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹48,000.00 per month
