Position: Tele Medical Executive (10 Openings)

Roles & Responsibilities:

Conduct tele-medical interviews with prospective customers of the insurance company.

Accurately capture and update customer information in the insurer’s system.

Handle additional responsibilities related to medical underwriting as required by the insurer.

Ensure quality and compliance while interacting with customers.

This job description is not restrictive and may be subject to change based on business needs.

Key Requirements:

Positive communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle confidential medical information with integrity.

Flexibility to work on weekends (compensatory off will be provided).

Education:

BAMS/ BHMS/ BDS

Work Schedule:

Working Hours: 9 hours per day

Working Days: 6 days a week

Leave Policy: 1 leave per month

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
