We are looking for a energetic, energetic, and organized candidate who can effectively handle Operations, Customer Support, Telecalling, E-commerce Coordination, and Digital Marketing activities. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, valuable computer proficiency, and a customer-focused attitude. Prior experience in digital marketing will be an added advantage.

Key ResponsibilitiesOperations & Administration
Support daily business operations and internal coordination.
Maintain customer databases, records, and operational documents.
Perform routine office administration activities.
Coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal teams.
Assist with basic accounts documentation and record maintenance.

Customer Support & Telecalling
Conduct telecalling to recent and potential customers to introduce company products and services.
Handle customer enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
Follow up with leads, customers, and business partners.
Build and maintain positive customer relationships.




Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.

E-commerce & Order Management
Assist in processing online orders received through e-commerce platforms.
Coordinate dispatch, delivery tracking, and customer updates.
Follow up on order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.
Support inventory coordination related to online sales.

Digital Marketing Support
Assist in creating social media posts, basic promotional content, and marketing campaigns.
Support digital marketing activities across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and other platforms.
Coordinate with designers and marketing partners when required.
Monitor online enquiries and respond promptly.
Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and similar platforms for productivity and content support.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
