Key Responsibilities
Make 150+ outbound calls per day.
Work on company-provided leads and engage with potential customers.
Understand client requirements and suggest suitable insurance products.
Explain policy features, benefits, and exclusions in a straightforward and explicit manner.
Support customers through the application and documentation process.
Follow up with leads to ensure maximum conversion.
Build robust customer relationships for renewals and referrals.
Achieve assigned sales targets consistently.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales in CRM.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
