KNOWLEDGE: Various types of tools/dies & accessories, their parts and assembly. Various types of material & alloys and their characteristics. All production process. Die making concepts and manufacturing & machining process. Basic knowledge of safety PPE’S usage. Awareness of safety working procedure. Knowledge of measuring instruments like micrometre, vernier calliper, gauges. Knowledge of machine operating in surface grinding, drilling. Basics tool trouble shooting of blanking& Notching dies.
RESPONSIBILITY: Attend daily Tool room shift meeting before start work. Start work on the allocated tools. Discussing with shift in-charge/superiors for the tool issues & for decision taking. Attending online tool issue debugging along with senior for tool rectification. Operating all the conventional machines. Ensure secure working and handling.
