We are looking for a Travel Consultant to join our Bangalore team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a passion for travel, and the ability to assist customers while achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Assist customers in planning domestic and international trips.
Sell holiday packages, flight tickets, hotel bookings, visa assistance, and travel insurance.
Handle customer inquiries through calls, emails, and online platforms.
Prepare travel itineraries and quotations based on customer requirements.
Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into bookings.
Build and maintain valuable customer relationships.
Stay updated on travel destinations, visa requirements, and travel offers.
Achieve monthly sales targets.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience as a Travel Consultant, Holiday Consultant, or in travel sales.
Valuable communication and customer service skills.
Basic knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations.
Sales-oriented with the ability to work in a target-driven workplace.
Familiarity with travel booking portals is an added advantage.
Basic knowledge of MS Office.
