We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable PGT Physics Teacher to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality Physics instruction to senior secondary students (Classes XI–XII), fostering conceptual understanding, scientific thinking, and academic excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Teach Physics to Classes XI and XII in accordance with the CBSE curriculum.
Prepare lesson plans, assignments, practical activities, and assessments.
Conduct engaging classroom sessions that promote critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Guide students in laboratory experiments and practical applications of Physics concepts.
Monitor and evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
Support students in preparing for CBSE board examinations and competitive exams.
Maintain academic records, progress reports, and attendance records.
Participate in parent-teacher meetings, staff meetings, and school activities.
Stay updated with CBSE guidelines and contemporary teaching methodologies.
Requirements
Master's Degree in Physics from a recognized university.
B.Ed. qualification
3–6 years of experience as a PGT Physics Teacher in a CBSE-affiliated school.
Strong subject knowledge and practical understanding of Physics concepts.
Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
Ability to inspire and motivate senior secondary students.
Preferred Skills
Experience conducting Physics laboratory sessions.
Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Familiarity with digital teaching tools and smart classroom technologies.
