We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Admission Counsellor – Sales to join our team in Kochi. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a passion for guiding students while achieving admission targets.

Key Responsibilities
Counsel prospective students and parents regarding courses and admission procedures
Handle inbound and outbound calls, follow-ups, and lead conversions
Understand student requirements and suggest suitable programs
Coordinate with the academic and marketing teams for smooth admission processes
Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parent

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
0–2 years of experience in sales, counselling, telecalling, or customer service
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer knowledge and MS Office proficiency
Strong convincing and negotiation skills
Freshers with valuable communication skills can also apply

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
