Al Salama School of Safety Studies is looking for an experienced, creative, and result-driven Digital Marketing Head with 4–5 years of proven experience in leading digital marketing strategies and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and student admissions.
Plan, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital platforms.
Lead and oversee social media marketing across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
Drive SEO, SEM, website optimization, and content marketing initiatives.
Plan and monitor lead generation campaigns for safety courses and training programs.
Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other marketing tools to improve ROI.
Lead the content, design, and creative teams to develop engaging digital campaigns, posters, videos, and reels.
Manage email marketing, WhatsApp marketing, and marketing automation campaigns.




Coordinate with academic, admissions, and branch teams to ensure effective promotional activities.
Stay updated with digital marketing trends and implement creative growth strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
4–5 years of experience in digital marketing, with leadership or team management experience.
Solid expertise in SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Social Media Marketing, and performance marketing.
Experience in website management, analytics, and conversion optimization.
Proficiency in Canva or other creative/design tools.
Experience in poster design and digital content planning.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Experience in the education or training industry will be an added advantage.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
