Navigation & Time Management: Plan efficient routes using GPS tools to meet delivery schedules.
Documentation & Handling: Verify customer identification, collect payments, obtain signatures, and maintain accurate delivery records.
Loading/Unloading: Safely load and unload packages in the vehicle, ensuring no damage occurs during transit.
Customer Service:



Act as the face of the company by interacting with customers in a qualified and friendly manner.

Required Qualifications & Skills
License & Vehicle: Valid driving license and a reliable two-wheeler or light commercial vehicle.
Navigation Skills: Good knowledge of local routes and ability to use GPS/mapping apps.
Physical Fitness: Ability to lift packages and be on your feet for extended periods.
Communication: Good communication skills for customer interaction.
Education: Generally requires a high school diploma or equivalent, though many roles are open to freshers.
