Dworks is a rapid-growing Design & Build company specializing in premium residential, commercial, hospitality, healthcare, and turnkey interior fit-out projects across Kerala. We are looking for a motivated Marketing & Sales Executive to help grow our brand and generate recent business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
Generate recent business leads through field visits, referrals, networking, and digital channels.
Meet architects, consultants, builders, corporates, and homeowners.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with the design team.
Arrange client meetings and site visits.
Follow up on quotations and convert leads into projects.
Maintain daily lead reports and update the CRM.




Build long-term relationships with clients and channel partners.
Achieve monthly sales targets.

Requirements
1–3 years of experience in construction, interiors, building materials, modular furniture, or related industries.
Excellent communication skills in Malayalam and English.
Confident in client meetings and presentations.
Valid two-wheeler license and willingness to travel within Kerala.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
