We are looking for an experienced Accounts Executive with robust hands-on experience in Zoho Books. The primary responsibility is managing day-to-day accounting entries accurately and efficiently. Candidates without practical Zoho Books experience are requested not to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Daily accounting entries in Zoho Books.
Sales, purchase, payment, receipt and journal entries.
Bank reconciliation and ledger verification.
Invoice creation and management.
Vendor and customer account reconciliation.
Expense recording and document maintenance.
GST & TDS accounting entries and basic compliance support.
Monthly closing and preparation of accounting reports.
Coordinate with Chartered Accountant (CA) for finalization and statutory requirements.
Requirements
B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification.
Minimum 2–5 years of accounting experience.
Mandatory hands-on experience in Zoho Books.
Robust knowledge of accounting principles.
Valuable understanding of GST and TDS.
Excellent knowledge of MS Excel.
High accuracy, attention to detail and responsibility.
Ability to complete accounting work independently.
Note: Candidates without practical Zoho Books experience will not be considered.
Salary
₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month (Based on experience and Zoho Books expertise)
