We are looking for a Computer Operator for our hotel who will be responsible for handling daily computer-related operations, data entry, billing, reservations, and administrative support.
Responsibilities:
Manage hotel booking/reservation entries in system
Prepare bills, invoices, and daily reports
Handle data entry and maintain records
Operate MS Excel, Word, and hotel software
Coordinate with reception/accounts department
Maintain guest check-in/check-out data
Email handling and online correspondence
Ensure accuracy of records and reports
Requirements:
Basic computer knowledge
Positive typing speed
Knowledge of MS Office (Excel/Word)
Preference for hotel experience
Valuable communication skills
Responsible and punctual
