Qualification: Graduate
Experience: 5 - 7 years of relevant experience in real estate
Key Responsibilities:
. Daily issue/receipt of materials in ERP (Highrise)
. Daily stock of all items.
. Weekly physical stock taking.
. Keep track at wastage (with Photograph).
. Issue materials as per project plan/ERP Indent.
. Indent as per project plan & physical stock.
. Report to purchase team for defective items.
. Follow up with vendors.
. Mivan materials record
