We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and sales-oriented Front Desk Executive to manage daily reception operations and drive membership sales. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for members and visitors, ensuring excellent customer service while promoting gym services and memberships.

Key Responsibilities

Greet members and visitors in a professional and welcoming mannerHandle check-ins and maintain attendance recordsAnswer phone calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and social media messagesProvide information about membership plans, offers, and servicesSchedule appointments for trainers and dietitiansMaintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area

Sales Responsibilities

Explain membership packages and convert walk-ins into membersFollow up on leads and inquiriesAchieve monthly membership sales targetsPromote personal training, diet plans, and other add-on servicesMaintain a database of prospects and members

Administrative Tasks





Process payments and issue receiptsMaintain daily sales and collection reportsHandle member complaints professionally and escalate when requiredCoordinate with trainers and management for smooth operations

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or graduate (any stream)Prior experience in gym, fitness center, or sales preferredBasic computer knowledge (MS Office, billing software)
