Job Title: Field Sales Executive

Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Field Sales Executive to visit retail shops, wholesalers, supermarkets, and businesses to generate orders for our paper bags, corrugated boxes, carton boxes, and custom packaging products. The ideal candidate should have positive communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to build long-term customer relationships.

Responsibilities
Visit assigned shops and business establishments daily.
Introduce and promote our packaging products.
Collect new orders and follow up on existing customers.
Identify potential customers and generate new leads.
Explain product specifications, pricing, and delivery timelines.
Coordinate with the office regarding order processing and dispatch.




Collect customer feedback and market information.
Maintain daily visit and sales reports. - Achieve monthly sales targets.

Requirements
Minimum 10th/12th pass (graduates preferred).
Experience in field sales is an advantage.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence preferred.
Basic smartphone knowledge for reporting orders.
Honest, punctual, and customer-focused. Salary & Benefits
