Job Descriptions & Responsibilities for Supervisors are as mentioned below (but not limited to):
Offers advice in the planning, coordination, and supervision of technical aspects of construction projects according to the Project Methodology & Quality Plan
Solving technical issues, providing support, management, and preparing reports.
Develops and implements activities such as the latest technology and methods to improve efficiency, accuracy, and productivity for the department.
Establish, report, and follow up all on non-conformance activities.
Prepare plans for execution as per the construction sequence & take approvals of necessary tasks as well as requirements from design & planning team well in advance.
Constant coordination with Planning team along with Progress reports.
Attend daily review meetings.
Constant inspection at Site and assessment of performance & output of the workers.
Take immediate corrective actions for any deviation to avoid delay in the work if any variation or modification happens at design or planning level.




Strictly follow the methodology and standard practice of the company without compromising the Quality of works.
Handling all the manpower, workers etc. during entire project execution cycle.
Quality control should be kept on a highest priority.
Prepare checklist of each & every item required to execute the site work according to the work-sequence & priority of work.
Take all the fund related approvals very well in advance & managing the expenses accordingly.
Take maximum advantage of available resources & ensure maximum output from it.

Education & Qualification :
B. Tech. or Diploma in Mechanical Engineer.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
