Jerry's Print Shop is hiring a hands-on Supervisor to run our signage, fabrication, and branding production floor. You'll lead a team, manage job schedules, and oversee quality on everything from dimensional signs to vehicle wraps and branded displays.

You'll:
Supervise and train fabricators, installers and print operators
Assign jobs and keep production on schedule
Oversee use of CNC routers, laser cutters, large-format printers and vinyl cutters
Read design files/work orders and ensure accurate execution
Manage materials inventory and vendor orders
Enforce safety and quality standards

You have:
5+ years in experience.
Knowledge of acrylic, PVC, aluminum, vinyl, and similar materials
Ability to read technical drawings/proofs
Solid leadership and communication skills
