Job Description:

We are seeking a results-driven Google Ads Specialist to plan, create, manage, and optimize paid search campaigns across Google Ads platforms. The ideal candidate has robust analytical skills, hands-on PPC experience, and a proven ability to drive ROI through data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, set up, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube)
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive analysis
Write and test ad copy, extensions, and landing page recommendations
Optimize bids, budgets, targeting, and ad creatives to improve performance
Monitor daily campaign performance and adjust strategies to meet KPIs
Track conversions and ensure accurate implementation using Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics
Perform A/B testing on ads, keywords, and landing pages
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations
Stay up to date with Google Ads policies, platform updates, and industry best practices
Collaborate with SEO, content, design, and sales teams to align marketing goals

Required Skills & Qualifications
2+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns




Solid knowledge of PPC metrics (CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR, Quality Score)
Experience with Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager
Proficiency in keyword research and bid strategies
Ability to analyze data and translate insights into action
Strong written communication skills for ad copy creation
Google Ads certification (Search preferred)

Preferred Qualifications
Experience managing large or multi-account budgets
Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO)
Experience with e-commerce and Google Shopping campaigns
Familiarity with tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Optmyzr
