Key Responsibilities

Clinical Duties
Perform comprehensive dental examinations and accurately diagnose dental conditions.
Independently carry out general dental procedures including:
Root Canal Treatments (RCT)
Extractions
Restorations and Fillings
Scaling and Polishing
Preventive and Basic Dental Procedures
Develop appropriate treatment plans and effectively communicate them to patients.
Handle dental emergencies calmly and make timely clinical decisions when required.

Patient Care & Documentation
Maintain accurate and complete patient records.
Follow company protocols for obtaining informed consent before treatment.
Capture and document pre-treatment and post-treatment photographs as per clinic guidelines.




Upload all required patient information, images, and treatment records to the clinic CRM system.
Ensure strict compliance with clinical and documentation protocols.

Clinical Standards & Hygiene
Maintain the highest standards of sterilization, infection control, and clinic hygiene.
Ensure all instruments and treatment areas are properly sterilized and organized.
Adhere to clinic dress code and qualified grooming standards at all times.

Team Collaboration & Marketing Support
Coordinate effectively with senior Dentists, Nurse, front-office staff, and management.
Be comfortable appearing on camera for educational content, patient awareness campaigns, and social media marketing initiatives.
Contribute positively to the clinic's growth and patient experience.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
