We are hiring a Lab Technician to perform routine laboratory testing, process patient samples, operate laboratory analyzers, maintain quality standards, and ensure accurate reporting in compliance with NABL guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
Perform routine laboratory investigations as per SOPs.
Process and analyze patient samples accurately.
Operate and maintain laboratory analyzers.
Conduct IQC and participate in EQAS.
Ensure NABL compliance and maintain laboratory documentation.
Verify test results and generate reports using LIS.
Maintain equipment, reagent inventory, and laboratory safety.
Support audits and coordinate with the laboratory team.

Requirements
DMLT/BMLT or equivalent qualification.
Minimum 3 years of diagnostic laboratory experience
Knowledge of IQC, EQAS, NABL, LIS, and laboratory analyzers.
Solid attention to detail and teamwork.

Preferred
Experience in NABL-accredited laboratories.
Hands-on experience with laboratory automation, calibration, and instrument troubleshooting.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
