About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about helping students and professionals discover career opportunities while achieving sales targets through effective counseling and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities
Contact prospective leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, and email.
Understand candidates' career goals and recommend suitable training programs.
Explain course features, fees, benefits, and career opportunities.
Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into enrollments.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM.
Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
Coordinate with the marketing team to maximize lead conversions.
Build long-term relationships with students and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.




Good persuasion and negotiation abilities.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software is an advantage.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
Previous experience in education, training, telecalling, or sales is preferred but not mandatory.
