Key Responsibilities
SOP & Documentation Writing: Provide comprehensive, hand-holding consultancy to client organizations by drafting explicit Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), quality manuals, and process policy documentation in line with required industrial standards.
Client Training: Conduct structured onboarding and training sessions for client teams to educate them on newly designed processes, operational compliance, and standard implementation.
Project Timeline Management: Closely monitor project milestones and client deliverables to ensure that consulting projects stay on schedule and avoid operational delays.
Client Coordination: Interface professionally with client point-of-contacts to gather necessary data, map existing workflows, and understand operational gaps.
Pay: ₹220,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
