Job Description:

Job Title: HR Recruiter – Healthcare
Location: Chennai
Experience: 1–3 Years
Salary : 15000 to 30000

Job Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment for healthcare and corporate positions.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
Manage offer rollout, follow-ups, and onboarding.
Maintain recruitment MIS and hiring trackers.

Requirements:
2–4 years of recruitment experience.
Experience in healthcare, hospital, diagnostic, pharmaceutical, or medical recruitment preferred.
Solid communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and job portals.

Preferred Hiring For: Doctors, Nurses, Lab Technicians, Phlebotomists, Pharmacists, Sales, HR, and other healthcare roles.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
