We are looking for a motivated Mechanical Fitter to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of welding and sheet metal fabrication and be eager to learn in a production setting.
Roles & Responsibilities
Assemble, fit, and install sheet metal components.
Assist in welding and fabrication activities.
Read and understand basic engineering drawings.
Operate hand tools, power tools, drilling machines, and grinders.
Perform cutting, drilling, bending, and fitting of sheet metal parts.
Inspect fabricated components for quality and accuracy.
Maintain a clean and secure work environment.
Follow company safety standards and work instructions.
Support production targets and complete assigned tasks on time.
Required Skills
Basic knowledge of welding (MIG/TIG/Arc welding is an advantage).
Understanding of sheet metal fabrication processes.
Ability to use measuring tools such as Vernier calipers, measuring tape, and steel scale.
Positive communication and teamwork skills.
Willingness to learn and work in a manufacturing environment.
Qualifications
ITI (Fitter/Welder), Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome to apply.

Pay: ₹15,000.37 - ₹20,000.20 per month
