Job Overview:

Pragnya Montessori School is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant School Administrator to support daily operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining school records, managing government documentation, coordinating with staff, and acting as a communication bridge between the school and parents. Solid computer skills and proficiency in English are essential.

Key Responsibilities:
School Records Management:
Maintain accurate student and staff records (admissions, attendance, academic reports, etc.)
Handle documentation for school events, meetings, and internal communications.
Government Records & Compliance:
Maintain and update government-mandated registers and reports.
Assist with educational board communications, inspections, and audits.
Parent Communication:
Communicate effectively with parents regarding school updates, events, notices, and student concerns.
Handle incoming queries via email, phone, and in-person professionally.
Staff Coordination:




Support school leadership in scheduling meetings and events.
Coordinate staff attendance, substitute arrangements, and general communication.
General Administration:
Ensure smooth operation of front office and administrative tasks.
Manage inventory and procurement of administrative supplies.

Requirements:
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in school or office administration.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email communication.
Valuable written and spoken English communication skills.
Ability to manage time, multitask, and stay organized.
A warm, skilled demeanor with a collaborative attitude.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
